When the homeowners envisioned a sunroom to take place of an unused patio space, we set out to seamlessly blend modern elements with the original contemporary architecture, creating a space that feels open and airy and welcome in its pastoral surroundings.

This sophisticated, two-story design allows natural light to cascade into the main living areas throughout the day. The ground floor structure begins with a steel frame, structured to allow for the 36" wide eave's that help to shade the lower windows while allowing for a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors. It’s a space crafted for reading, quiet reflection, or simply spending quality time with family and friends.
