One of our greatest pleasures and honors is having the ability to work on historic homes and historic buildings throughout Bucks County and the Lehigh Valley. We have been fortunate enough to remodel homes with deeds dating back as far as the 17th century. We have an extremely deep respect for the craftsmen that built these homes, no power tools, no modern convenience, most couldn't read or write and only had the knowledge of math. Houses and barns were built according to the rules of geometry, rules of thumb and generations of experience that had been handed down.
When we enter into a historic renovation it's our primary goal to preserve the history of the home. It is no simple task to marry conventional construction with a historic home. To create this union we use a hybrid of old world and modern construction methods. In doing so we have developed a system of creating seamless finishes that look as though they are as original as you historic home. We would be honored to talk to you about your historic home today!
